Mechanics: 
I. Overview
The National CTRacer Tournament aims to seek out the best racers nationwide! It will encompass different regions all over the country. This is one of the toughest and best tournaments in the country today!
Start your engines, and race your way to the TOP! 
II. Eligibility

    · Must be a CTRacer Online Player and a member of a team, no guild restrictions.
    · A team must be composed of 3 members
    · Participating teams must come up with a unique team name to identify them.
    · Game Networks / MOL Employees and their relatives up to the 2nd degree of affinity and 
      consanguinity are disqualified from joining any stage of CTRacer Nationwide Tournament.

III. Procedures

    1. HOW TO JOIN

          · Teams who want to join must attend the "Regional Qualifiers" tournament in the 
            designated venue mentioned above

           · Players may join the two (2) Regional Qualifiers if they want, as long as their team has 
            not been declared regional champion.

           · Teams must register at the event venue.

          · A character may only be part of one team per region

          · Characters that choose to participate in other regional tournaments after losing may form a 
            different team, or use the same team as long as no character in the team has been 
            declared regional champion.

          · Registration is on a first come first serve basis.

          · The tournament committee will accept more than 16 teams during the pre-registration 
            phase, however only the first 16 teams who submitted online will be given priority.

          · Teams who will register more than once using different accounts will automatically be 
            disqualified.

          · NO REGISTRATION FEE. EVERYTHING IS FREE.

    2.    PRE-GENERATED CHARACTERS

          · Pre-generated cars will be used during the CTRacer Regional Qualifiers. 

          · These pre-made accounts have default tech points and car parts.

          · Players are prohibited to do the ff: 
                  §  TRADING
                  §  SELLING, REFINING, CRAFTING
                  §  EDIT OUT ANY OF THE DEFAULT STATS AND CAR PARTS
                  §  Anyone caught doing any of the following will be automatically disqualified.

          · Each team will race on 3 pre-selected championship maps.

          · Qualified teams who will participate in the "Regional Qualifiers" will receive their list of 
            "Pre-generated" accounts that will be used for the tournament proper.

    3.    RACE MECHANICS
          · All matches will be done in the cyber cafe
          · Captains of each team will draw lots to determine their match number and the team they're 
            going to compete with.

          · The tournament will be held in the lobby of the Championship Section.
          · Teams will be given 5 minutes to set-up their characters and check hardware.
          · After set-up, teams will have to join in the event room.
               · Each match will be a race to 2 best of 3
               · Changes in the tournament rules will be announced before a match starts on the actual 
                 event. 

    4. PLAYER RESPONSIBILITIES

          · Players must follow the rules interpretations and guidelines for play set forth by the 
            CTRacer Nationwide Tournament Committee, the Tournament Director, the head judge, and 
            other tournament officials. 

          · Players are expected to behave in a respectful and sporting manner at all times. 

          · Players who argue with or fail to follow the instructions of the Tournament Director, head 
            judge or other tournament officials are subject to the appropriate penalties as dictated by 
            the severity of the case.

          · Game Networks' officials of the CTRacer Nationwide Tournament Committee shall reserve 
            the right to suspend or ban a player or team without prior notice for any reason deemed 
            necessary.

          · The decision of the Referees, Game Masters, and tournament officials ARE FINAL.

          · Game Networks has the right to change/delete portions /expound /clarify /interpret 
            tournament rules depending on circumstances as they see fit for a fair and balanced 
            tournament environment

    5.    TOURNAMENT INTEGRITY RULE
          · There will be ZERO TOLERANCE for any bug abuse or 3rd party program usage by any 
            member of any team

IV. Prizes:

          100,000 CT and 5,000 CT Cash / member 
           and the team will be qualified for the CTRacer World Grand Regional Finals

India Regional Final Prizes:
1st Place - 25,000 Rupees + 500,000 CT

2nd Place - 15,000 Rupees + 300,000 CT
3rd Place - 5,000 Rupees + 100,000 CT
